In this small piece of work, I have tried portraying the seven deadly sins through the view of a person who is overwhelmed with different kinds of emotions.
A stone hitting the surface of calm water,
I am filled with ripples.
What have you done to me?
A dying knight on a war ground,
I am filled with a sense of Pride.
What have you done to me?
An Oasis in the middle of a desert.
I am filled with thirst.
What have you done to me?
The way the Earth craves rain,
I feel insatiable.
What have you done to me?
Rising from ashes of wrath,
I burn myself like a Pheonix.
What have you done to me?
The unsatisfied urge,
I am filled with greed.
What have you done to me?
A lazy river or a soothing breeze,
I am at ease.
I feel all the sins,
What have you done to me?
